Membership of The Association

  The members are drawn from persons who migrated to Southern California from the Awutu-Effutu area in Ghana.  Other members of the Association are persons who have shown an interest in and committed to the welfare and development of the Awutu-Effutu area.  The centrality of the area along the coast  between the Western Region and the Greater Accra Region means that facilities especially medical facilities in Winneba are available not only to the residents of Winneba alone but also to the general public of residents in the towns and villages in the Western and Central Regions.
